Summary:
Brian O'Conner goes undercover to investigate illegal street racers in Los Angeles; after losing his job for letting Dominic Toretto escape, O'Conner seeks redemption in a street racing investigation with drug connections; Steve Boswell travels to Tokyo to live with his father to avoid a jail sentence and gets involved in drift racing; O'Conner teams up with fugitive Toretto to bring down a shared enemy; when former cop O'Conner and ex-convict Toretto decide to pull one last heist, they find themselves targeted by a corrupt businessman and a U.S. strike team; Toretto and his crew are promised that their criminal records will be cleared if they help U.S. Diplomatic Security Service agent Luke Hobbs take down a skilled mercenary organization; after the team's activities in London leave criminal mastermind Owen Shaw comatose, Shaw's brother seeks revenge against Dominic Toretto and his family.
