Morc Chauvin and Rob Coppolille are both certified by the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA) and recognized by the International Federation of Mountain Guide Associations (IFMGA). Chauvin helped create the AMGA Certification Program and has assisted in developing its curricula over the past twenty-five years. He's a past AMGA President, Alpine Discipline Coordinator, and Instructor Team Member. Coppolillo has written for Climbing and Skiing and is a contributing editor for Elevation Outdoors magazine.
